Dr. Honein-AbouHaidar is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at the American University of Beirut. She obtained her PhD in Health Services Research in 2012 from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto, Canada. She is a mixed-methods researcher in community and public health. Her research focus is primary care system improvement and refugee health. She is a qualitative research consultant with the Clinical Research Institute and the Global Health Institute at the American University of Beirut.
