Dr. Mazen El-Baba

Mazen is an Emergency Medicine Resident Physician at the University of Toronto. He also completed a Master's in Neuroscience at the Brain and Mind Institute, Western University. Mazen is always eager to find ways to combine his academic and non-academic interests in ways to positively impact his community. He is the founder and director of H.appi, a not-for-profit organization that works with children who have faced adversity throughout their development.

Mazen has developed and supported local and international programs that support at-risk youth which includes summer camp programs for refugee children and mental health "Encounter Groups".
